At the end of the each lecture, several homework problems are suggested.

To make up for points lost in recent quizzes (or for points lost in the future), homework will be collected on Friday 21 September at 1PM (bring your answers to class):

Exercise 1.1 on page 29 in The Art & Craft.
Exercise 2.4 on page 47 in The Art & Craft.
Exercise 2 of Lecture 2 (see slides).
Exercise 2 of Lecture 4 (see slides).
Exercise 2 of Lecture 6 (see slides).

Every correct answer is worth two quiz points.

Homework collected on Monday 15 October:

exercises 1 and 3 of Lecture 14;
exercise 1 of Lecture 15; and
exercises 1 and 2 of lecture 19.

Homework collected on Monday 22 October:
