MER Volumes in CBMS series,
Issues in Mathematics Education

The CBMS series, Issues in Mathematics Education, is published by AMS in cooperation with MAA. The written in-depth documentation of educational projects provided by the publication of volumes in the series contributes to the developing educational literature in the mathematics community. Such a literature not only records what has been accomplished, but contributes to the establishment of standards for evaluating contributions to the field. MER has editted four volumes in this CBMS series:

Volume 1: Mathematics and Education Reform
Proceedings of the July 6-8, 1988 Workshop
Volume 2: Mathematics and Education Reform
1989 - 1990
Volume 3: Mathematics and Education Reform
1990 - 1991
Volume 5: Changing the Culture: Mathematics Education in the Research Community

Also of interest and available from AMS are

Volumes 4 & 6: Research in Collegiate Mathematics Education I & II
editted by Ed Dubinsky, Alan H. Schoenfeld, and Jim Kaput.

Contact AMS via eMath to order any of the volumes in this series.
