TOPICS: Systems of linear equations, linear programming, matrices, determinants, vectors, vector spaces, orthogonality, least squares approximation, Markov analysis.

Grading system:

The course grade is based on the total score from homework (10%), quizzes (15%), midterm exams (15% each) and the final exam (30%). Weekly homework assignments will be posted on this page. Quizzes will be given every Friday except week 1 and exam weeks.

Final Exam: Friday, May 4, 10:30am-12:30pm
