Hello! I'm Sam, a 5th-year PhD math PhD student at University of Illinois at Chicago. My advisor is Shmuel Friedland. My research interests are random graphs and applications of linear algebra to combinatorics and computer science. I also enjoy programming, teaching math and computer science, and playing the bouzouki.

- Recovering nonuniform planted partitions via iterated projection. Preprint, 2017
- A simple spectral algorithm for recovering planted partitions.
