Differential Equations

 

Differential equations are often used as models in the course. To learn about differential equations, please read the material in Chapter 4 of Kaplan and Glass, Nonlinear Dynamics. The first 6 sections give a nice introduction.

An equally good presentation is in Edelstein-Keshet, Chapter 4-6.
