Double Rooms
Rate $139.00* per day
*All rates are subject to a city and state tax, which are currently 15.4%. *Additional $20.00 charge for third person in the room.

CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is 03/16/2007. Reservation requests received after 6:00pm Central Standard time on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space availability basis. Failure to reserve rooms before the cut-off date will not impact the enforceability of the attrition or cancellation clauses.


ROOM & RELATED CHARGES

Each individual guest shall be responsible for their own guest room, tax and incidental charges.


GUEST ROOMS

All reservations must be guaranteed by either advanced deposit, company guarantee or a credit card. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 6:00pm the day before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit or one night’s room & tax billed to the credit card. All reservations made by a rooming list must also be held on a guaranteed basis. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00pm; check out time is anytime before 12:00 noon. No late check-outs can be provided.


PARKING

$25.00 Valet Only. Not included in room fee. This is an additional charge.
