Tumor Growth and Regression
Background
We considered serial tumor treatment schedules with both exponential
and Gompertz growth laws. The figure below describes
an extension of the exponential growth case for non-cycle specific
agents. Here V is the tumor volume and the vertical lines indicate
the reduction in the tumor volume after treatment.
